These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI voice agent services for insurance sales automation ("Services") provided by InsureEasy AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.

BY MAKING ANY PAYMENT FOR OUR SERVICES, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

1. Services Overview

InsureEasy AI provides AI-powered voice agents that automate lead qualification, objection handling, and warm lead transfers for insurance agents. The Services are designed to help you focus on closing deals while AI handles prospecting.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

2.1 One-Time Setup Fee

To get started with your AI voice agent, we offer a straightforward one-time setup fee:

  • Basic Setup: $499 – Standard configuration tailored to your business
  • Advanced Setup: $999 – Includes everything in Basic plus custom prompts, priority support, and dedicated account manager

2.2 Monthly Subscription

After setup, a monthly subscription is required to run your AI agent. This covers call minutes, platform access, and ongoing support. You manage this subscription directly for full transparency and control.

Business Tier: $99/month

  • 400 minutes included
  • 1 AI Voice Agent
  • 10,000 Contacts

Agency Tier: $299/month

  • 1,200 minutes included
  • 10 AI Voice Agents
  • Unlimited Contacts

The monthly subscription is managed through Nedzo, our AI platform provider. You'll receive direct access to manage your subscription independently.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalties. Simply provide 7 days notice before your next billing date, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once services begin.

2.4 Payment Options

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Klarna: Pay in 4 interest-free installments (subject to approval)

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) compliance
  • Maintaining proper consent for all contacts
  • Honoring Do Not Call lists
  • Using the Services only for legitimate insurance sales purposes

4. Performance and Results

Results may vary based on lead quality, market conditions, and individual effort. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes. See our Refund Policy for our performance guarantee details.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

5.1 Uptime Commitment

We target 99.5% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)

5.2 Support Response Times

  • Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
  • Initial Response: Within 24 business hours
  • Critical Issues: Response within 4 business hours

6. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We process it solely to deliver our services. For complete details on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsureEasy AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
